Join us for a one-of-a-kind parent-child watercolour floral workshop where creativity meets early childhood development. Guided by an early childhood educator and a fine art instructor, this is not your regular art class. It is an unhurried, meaningful experience where you and your child create alongside each other and where every brushstroke becomes a window into how your child thinks, feels, and sees the world.
The Reggio Emilia approach tells us that children have a hundred languages — a hundred ways of expressing what they think, feel, and imagine. Art is one of the most powerful of them all. In this workshop, you will learn to listen to that language, understand what your child’s creative choices are telling you, and take home a keepsake artwork that tells the story of this moment in time.
As the founder and principal instructor of LACA Art Academy, Moses brings years of specialist fine art teaching experience with a gentle, encouraging approach that puts both parents and children at ease.
Your child is 2 years old and above
You want more than a craft activity — you want to truly understand your child
You are looking for a meaningful, screen-free experience to share together
You have always been curious about what your child is communicating through play
No prior art experience needed. All materials, light refreshments, and a keepsake artwork are included.
Early Childhood Educator; Play Specialist
Christine is the founder of Sunshine Pumpkin, an early childhood education practice rooted in the Montessori method, the Reggio Emilia approach, and inquiry-based learning. With a deep belief that art is one of the hundred languages children use to express what they think, feel, and imagine, Christine will guide parents to truly listen to their child's creative voice — using her Pause, Watch, Follow method to help you understand what every mark, colour choice, and gesture reveals about how your child sees the world.
Principal Art Instructor; Founder of LACA & LACA Kids
Moses is the founder and principal instructor of LACA Art Academy, a Singapore-based fine art academy dedicated to nurturing creative expression in a warm and supportive environment. With a classical teaching foundation and a deep belief in the power of art to connect and heal, Moses will guide parents and children through the beauty of watercolour florals with patience, encouragement, and joy.
