Q: Are your boxes on a subscription basis? 

No, our boxes are not subscription based. We believe in making the most of each toy by showing parents different ways to introduce and extend play. With the right guidance, the same toy can continue to spark new ideas, keep your child entertained, and support their growth at different stages. 


Q: What if I need more guidance beyond the lesson guide?

We understand that sometimes reading alone may not feel enough, especially if you are new to playing and learning with your child. That is why we offer a free 20-minute consultation with Christine, where you can ask questions and get personal guidance. Simply reach out to us through Instagram DM or WhatsApp to arrange a session.


Q: My child is 2 years old now. Do you offer any playkits for this age group?

Yes, we do! In the coming months, we will be launching playkits designed for children up to 2.5 years old. We have been carefully developing and refining the lesson guides for months, and they are now in the final stages before launch. Q: Do you have a physical store? I would like to see the products in person.

We do not have a physical store at the moment. However, we love meeting parents and families at pop-up markets across Singapore. Follow us on Instagram to stay updated on where we will be next — it is the best way to see and experience our products firsthand.

 

Q: What do you mean by free and flexible shipping?

Some parents may want their box delivered for a special occasion like their child’s first birthday, while others may be in the middle of moving home. That is why we offer free and flexible shipping where you can choose when you would like your box to arrive. Just WhatsApp us or send us a DM on Instagram to let us know your preferred date.
